The full renovation of 2009 modernised the main restaurant of Glaros Hotel, added contemporary furniture and an elegant island atmosphere where white, beige and aqua colours dominate. Breakfast (7.30 – 10.00), lunch (12.30-14.30 full board & all-inclusive guests) and dinner (18.30 – 21.30) are served here daily. The restaurant operates in a self-service basis offering rich buffets that include flavours of the Cretan, the Mediterranean as well as the international cuisine. Refreshing salads, cheese, meat and fish plates and of course a wide variety of different fruit and desserts complement your meal. At the same time, daily cooking shows performed by the chef and his assistant consist an interesting activity and offers another chance for you to enjoy mouth-watering flavours that are prepared before your eyes.
Every Tuesday at 20:00, a themed "Cretan Night” with live music and traditional dancing is organised at the restaurant area.
