The full renovation of 2009 modernised the main restaurant of Glaros Hotel, added contemporary furniture and an elegant island atmosphere where white, beige and aqua colours dominate. Breakfast (7.30 – 10.00), lunch (12.30-14.30 full board & all-inclusive guests) and dinner (18.30 – 21.30) are served here daily. The restaurant operates in a self-service basis offering rich buffets that include flavours of the Cretan, the Mediterranean as well as the international cuisine. Refreshing salads, cheese, meat and fish plates and of course a wide variety of different fruit and desserts complement your meal. At the same time, daily cooking shows performed by the chef and his assistant consist an interesting activity and offers  another chance for you to enjoy mouth-watering flavours that are prepared before your eyes.For their excursions, our customers can have Early Breakfast at any time they wish or Lunch Box for their excursions when they request it from us. Finally, every Tuesday at 20:00, a themed "Cretan Night” with live music and traditional dancing is organised at the restaurant area.

Veranda is the à-la-carte restaurant of Glaros Hotel. Dressed in white, Veranda stays true to the simple lines of the island elegance and guests enjoy a wonderful view to the gulf of Hersonissos and the light blue of the sea. The menu includes a wide variety of dishes of the Mediterranean and Cretan cuisine, without excluding flavours of the international cuisine. Emphasis is paid in quality and authenticity of the flavours and due to this reason virgin olive oil is strictly used and ingredients that grow in local and selected farms.  

At Veranda, you will enjoy your meal in company or with your family from morning till later in the evening. In addition, Veranda is the perfect venue for your social events (birthday, wedding, christening e.t.c) with flawless service, quality cuisine and the extraordinary sun set of the gulf of Hersonissos as background.

The main bar of Glaros Hotel is like a natural extension of the sunlit hotel lobby. The view to the sea is unobstructed and generously offers a sense of the cooling wind experienced on a ship deck. In the comfortable, modern bar area, the experienced bartenders prepare refreshing drinks and tasty cocktails from a wide cocktail list for all tastes from 18.00 till 02.00 daily. In the company of the latest pop and lounge tunes, you may enjoy here fruity cocktails and admire the sunset or the moon rise over the sea from here.
